Day 10, half way!!!

Today is half way! Or is it tomorrow? I guess technically half way would be tomorrow around 2pm-ish. No?

Anyway. I felt full most of the day, likely due to my drinking of the amazing watermelon water. I have a feeling it makes you feel full. Perhaps it's just me. Lets just pretend it does fill you, me, up for the purposes of this blog.

Today my I packed this:
Looks like a lot if fruit there huh? Well the purple container is only half full.

Breakfast: 1 Purple of 1/2 banana, 1 Red of yogurt and 1/2 Purple of strawberry and pineapple mix.

It was so delicious!! Man, I love yogurt.

Lunch looked like this:
1 Red of Turkey slices, 1 Green of a cucumber (yea!) and tomato and 1 Blue of hummus.

I filled up my watermelon water twice. Not sure if I should've but... It's healthy  and easy on the taste buds.

After picking my my In laws from the airport I shuffled home to have another snack:

1 Red of chicken, 1 Green of a spring lettuce mix and tomato and 1/2 Yellow of a small tortilla. Topped with hot sauce AND mustard. Bam! McDonalds McChicken wraps have nothing in me!

I started the "Upper Fix" work out and made it to the end of round 2 before I had to go grab my sweet toddler from daycare. Don't worry! I plan to do the whole work out again tonight.

I have that much energy.
Shocked? Me too.

Dinner looked like this:

1 Red of tuna mixed with balsamic and herbs. We can start calling this Rachel's tuna mix and all would be right in the world. There is also 1 Green of chopped fresh spinach and tomatoes and 1 Yellow of whole grain crackers.

Today I didn't eat all the food I'm supposed to but I don't have to. I made sure to cover my protein and veggie bases. I'm sure if my insides could talk they would say thank you. Or gurgle-gurgle-gurg. Yeah. Anyhoo.

I put little man to bed and got to work on the Upper Fix work out. Starting from the beginning, as promised (more to myself then anything).

I do love the warm up: jogging place, jumping jacks, windmills, reverse windmills and transverse bend crossover thingys that stretch the hamstring and oblique. Twice.

We do a lot of arm work that propels through the core on the Upper Fix workout. My arms are aching but in a good way. This is the second day I've done this workout now since I have fully rotated the first week... I am stronger and doing the moves better than I did them last week. I sure could punch you in the face with my 5lb weight if I needed to. Autumn taught me how. Ha. She also says to go up a few pounds when you get used to the current weight you're using. Half way through and I'm there.

Day 10 is sleeping with the fishes. ONLY 11 more days to go!

I'm stronger today then I was yesterday.
