Day 2 of 21, holy mother of soreness.

Today I woke up feeling good until I bent down to pick up a toy truck. Holy ouch.
It was a good sore and it reminded me that I need this and that it means what I'm doing is working! Going up and down the stairs at work was eventful, in my thighs. I just keep picturing my 25 year old body and reminding myself I can get that back, damnit!

Anyhoo... Today I packed this for work:
I didn't think I would eat it all but I sure did. My muscles must've been screaming at my brain for more fuel.

I will admit to having coffee with creamer today. Musthavecoffeetofunction.

What I ate today was the following:
Breakfast: 1 tbsp of peanut butter spread over 1 yellow, 2 small tortillas and 1 Red, Greek yogurt and 1 Purple, half a banana. My little man was happy to eat the other half for me.

Lunch looked like this:

Lunch: 2 Green, spring mix lettuce and a half a cucumber and 1 Red, chicken breast. I also had 1 Purple, grapes.
I opted for white wine vinegar again and a Lime flavored sparkling water. Yumm.

For a snack I had 1 blue, cashews.

Dinner looked like this:
I still had 2 Reds left so I made a sort of Cobb salad with hard boiled eggs and chicken breast, including 1 Green, lettuce and tomato and 1 Yellow, black olives and a few edamame. White wine vinegar again (shout out to my sis Eva Joyce and her introducing me to white wine vinegar usage).
Ok, so I may have put a little more lettuce then I should have but in my defense the booklet says of you're still hungry to fill up on another Green. So, it's totally justified. Autumn wouldn't be upset, right?

On a shiny note I have consumed close to 64oz of water today. Yay! I'm logging my water intake with the app "waterlogged" (it's free and syncs with fitbit for those who use one). My water was infused with mint leaves.

I completed the 2nd workout and felt more confident about it today then I did yesterday. This was the "upper body" routine and I did pretty good and didn't have to slow down or stop often.

Random question, have you ever done a rotating crunch? Repeatedly? It burns so good. (Insert fake chuckle)

So... 2 down. 19 more to go!
